new era cap sourcing/product development internship

My summer of 2015 was spent with the company New Era Cap in their Miami office, which is responsible for the making of their women's clothing lines. I was in the sourcing/product development department. I had many different responsibilities that included things such as sending samples to customers, communicating with vendors over seas for pricing and sample requests, examining samples for quality and sending the comments to the vendors, organizing sample libraries, revising purchase orders, and uploading art to severs for the vendors. Upon completing our internship, we were required to present our work and a new branding idea to the companies executive group. Below is a video made by me for my presentation as well as some examples of tasks I worked on.

ABERCROMBIE & FITCH

Since July of 2011 I have worked for Abercrombie & Fitch in several locations in the Metro-Detroit area as a sales associate. I was a part time employee and then changed over to seasonal when I moved away to attend college. I primarily worked in the stock room keeping it organized as well as processing shipment. When working on the sales floor my responsibilities included assisting customers, replenishing merchandise, and merchandising the sales floor for new floor sets. Since I have been a long term employee I also assisted with training new employees and worked every major floor set change. Below are some samples of some of the walls/fixtures I put together for new floor sets.
