• Manage items including creating item numbers, choosing boxing, and processing and storing samples

• Create PO's and perform maintenance, complete import sheets, and monitor shipping

• Work closely with vendors answering questions and resolving issues

• Facilitate QA process by processing samples, reviewing spec sheets, and assisting issue resolution

• Support team in meetings with guests, pre-production meetings, product meetings, and QA meetings

  • Analyze business in Business Objects and recap performance for the team each week

  • Work with vendors to get support on their platforms

  • Assist on Sevilla Silver with Technibond and Argento Vivo drop ship businesses

  • Manage all aspects of the marcasite program, with buyer’s guidance, from selecting product based on trends and history to issuing LOIs and controlling pricing and promotions

• Based on need for additional jewelry solutions, found and began set up for Alchemy jewelry spray

• Comfortable with HSN systems including ROCS, Business Objects, Retek, B2B (including spec sheets and evaluation reports), SPTNet Reports, and Real Time Reports

• Train new Merchandise Assistant
